Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation Norma Stovall Memorial Golf Tournament
The mission of the Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation is to promote the cardiovascular wellness of all New Mexicans. The Foundation will fulfill its mission through the creation and support of community education, health and wellness programs and the enhancement of a patient and family-focused environment within the facility.
We currently support several innovative programs and services such as the AED (Automated External Defibrillator) placement program, which offers first alert service to patients in remote, rural and hard to reach locations; our CARE (Continuous Ambient Relaxation Environment) Channel for our patients and their family members while they are in our hospital; and our Heart Connection Program that helps with both the prevention of and the care of hearts in relation to heart disease. These are but a few of our current activities, and in order to fund our endeavors, we are seeking sponsorship for our fundraiser.
Our current fundraising event is our Fifth Annual Heart Hospital of New Mexico Foundation Golf Tournament. It will be held on Monday, June 1, 2009, at Tanoan Country Club. The format is a four-player scramble with a 8:00AM shotgun start. Below are links about sponsorship and playing opportunities. The Heart Hospital Foundation is organized and operated in a manner and for purposes, which will allow it to be exempt from Federal income tax as an organization described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
